More and more reports of falsified COVID-19 medical products are emerging on a nearly daily basis from all around the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) also just issued a falsified medical product alert for falsified chloroquine products circulating in Cameroon, Niger and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Fight the Fakes has issued an official statement to the ever-growing number of reports of falsified medicines, vaccines and cures for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). To date, there are no approved medial products to treat or cure COVID-19 and any advertisement of such products is deliberately fraudulent.
