Médecins, Pharmaciens et Vétérinaires se mobilisent face aux faux médicaments


(FR) A l’initiative de l’Académie nationale de médecine et de son Président honoraire, le Professeur Marc Gentilini, le rapport “Médicaments falsifiés : plus qu’un scandale, un crime”, rédigé en commun avec l’Académie nationale de Pharmacie et l’Académie Vétérinaire de France, a été présenté publiquement le mardi 5 avril 2016. Le rapport rappelle l’impérative nécessité d’une lutte contre ce trafic particulièrement rentable et ses trafiquants, nouvelle mafia, hors de contrôle.

La Fondation Chirac et Fight the Fakes saluent cette mobilisation des professionnels de la santé et poursuit son plaidoyer afin de responsabiliser les décideurs politiques et sensibiliser les populations, particulièrement africaines.

Les Présidents des trois Académies et des trois Ordres professionnels ont signé un manifeste commun afin de “s’unir au nom de la défense de la santé publique pour dénoncer la gravité de ces pratiques et pour que soit mise en œuvre une politique de prévention et de répression de ces agissements à l’échelle internationale”.

La signature du manifeste commun faisait suite à une table-ronde animée par :

  • Claude DEBRULLE, Directeur général honoraire du Ministère belge de la Justice, Président du groupe d’experts internationaux en charge, pour le Conseil de l’Europe, de rédiger le projet de convention MÉDICRIME.
  • Wilfrid ROGÉ, Institut de Recherche Anti-Contrefaçon des Médicaments – IRACM ; fondateur et directeur du DU « criminalité scientifique » Paris II – Assas
  • Madame Pernette BOURDILLON-ESTÈVE, département SSFFC, OMS
