On December 2nd, Fight the Fakes participated in the International Alliance of Patients’ Organisations (IAPO)’s campaign for Patient Solidarity Day. By sharing IAPO’s message on social media, we show our strong support to patient empowerment through awareness raising, the theme for this year’s Day.
Educating the general public about the dangers of falsified medicines and giving them the right tools to detect such drugs are indeed at the heart of what we do. Fight the Fakes social media channels and website, with the support of our 35 partners, are some of the ways to empower patients about this public health threat across the globe.
